My Personal Weight Loss Plan

Hello Everyone! I want to start off by explaining why I am doing this cut and what my goals are. In no way do I think I am at an unhealthy weight. I feel I am currently at a maintainable and healthy weight. My reasons for doing this is to challenge myself, feel more confident and fit into my summer clothes a little better. Right now, my goal is a 12 week cut and that will put me right at the beginning of May. I am giving myself more than enough time to reach my goals. I played around with the idea of giving you all my weight, body fat percentage and measurements but because it is my body, those numbers will be meaningless to you and your goals. I will tell you the amount I want to lose, how much I lose each week and my final weight loss and body fat loss numbers.

I am going to be 100% open and honest through these 12 weeks. I will tell you all about the good and the bad, the mess ups and the moments I am proud of myself. I am doing this to show you that weight loss is not easy and we all struggle with it. It's not just eat right and workout. There is so much more to it! It's as much a mental battle as it is physical. I will post my workouts, meals and everything in between. Feel free to follow along but remember that every body is different so what works for me may not work for you! My Goals 

Weight: -10 pounds 

Body fat: -7% body fat 

Workouts: 6 days per week, one of those days being light cardio only, 1 full rest day 

Nutrition- Flexible dieting, follow macros, carb cycling

*I'm making a little change to this cut! When I first starting this cut, it was going to be for 12 weeks. Well, now I am going to Mexico at the end of March. That being said, this but is going to be 8 weeks. I will start a whole new one when I get back. Since this cut will be shorter, I am going to step it up a notch and be a little more strict with my meals*
